American Eagle offers free mobile phones linked to jeanswear offer
American Eagle is to offer free smartphones to customers who try on its jeans as part of an aggressive summer/back-to-school promotion which runs from July 21-August 3.Customers who try on a new pair of jeans will receive an instruction card directing them to a website to select one of around 40 free phones, including the Droid Eris by HTC, BlackBerry Bold, the Motorola Backflip and the LG Ally – provided they agree to a two-year contract with either AT&T, Sprint-Nextel, T-Mobile or Verizon Wireless.The new device will be shipped to the customer along with a $25 American Eagle gift card.
